Angela Duckworth is a professor of psychology at University of Pennsylvania, the founder and scientific director of the Character Lab, and the author of “Grit: The Power of Passion and Perseverance.” In this interview that took place after her keynote presentation at Education Week’s annual Leaders To Learn From Event, she answers questions about applying her research around grit in schools.
