Tess Brustein and Michael Gerson, both in their mid-20s, quit their jobs on the East Coast and moved to the Silicon Valley to pursue a dream of building a successful education technology company. They are creating an online service that uses crowd-sourced videos of teachers to help educators who are looking for better ways to get peer reviews of their teaching styles and techniques.
